Corporate Events
An active team event people can actually join in with
Corporate events work best when people can take part quickly and comfortably, even if they arrive with different abilities, confidence levels or sporting backgrounds. Padel gives teams something active and social to do together, and you do not need a racket-sports background to enjoy it. The doubles format keeps everyone involved, while short matches and simple rotations help people mix naturally.
Foundry Padel Club can help you host team socials, client events, away days, networking sessions, staff wellbeing activities and celebrations. Indoor courts, coaching support, racket hire and flexible formats make the court experience easy to organise, while the licensed bar, catering options, mezzanine viewing area and on-site AV support the social or presentation side of the event.

Groups & Gatherings
Bring people together, on court or off it
Not every gathering needs to start with sport. Foundry Padel Club can also be a place for local groups, friends, families and organisations to meet, talk, celebrate or spend time together, with padel, golf, Pilates or wellbeing support available when they add something to the occasion.
The Club lounge, licensed bar, mezzanine viewing area, catering options and on-site AV create flexible space for small events, informal meetings, birthdays, networking, community gatherings and private socials. Tell us what you are planning and we can help shape the right format.

Schools
Padel for PE, teamwork
and confidence

Padel works well for schools because it helps more pupils take part. The sport is usually played in doubles, the serve is underarm and pupils can start rallying quickly, even with little or no racket-sports experience. It also asks pupils to communicate, solve problems with a partner and make decisions while staying active.
Foundry Padel Club gives schools access to a brand-new, purpose-designed indoor venue with four inclusive, wheelchair-accessible courts and guaranteed year-round play whatever the weather. Sessions can be shaped for PE, enrichment, after-school clubs or wider wellbeing activity.
Practical note:
School visits can include equipment, changing facilities, first-aid support and appropriate safeguarding arrangements. DBS, first aid and safeguarding requirements can be confirmed as part of the booking process.
How Hosting Works
We help shape the right format

Hosting at Foundry Padel Club starts with understanding your group. Are you planning a team social, client event, school session, birthday, meeting, community gathering or something else entirely? Do you want padel at the centre, or do you mainly need space, hospitality and support?
Once we understand the occasion, we can help shape the format around your group size, timings, ability levels and practical needs. That may include court time, coaching, racket hire, food and drink, the Club lounge, mezzanine viewing space, on-site AV and access arrangements.
FAQS
Questions before you host
Do people need padel experience to take part?
No. Padel is easy to pick up, the serve is underarm and the doubles format helps people get involved quickly. You do not need a racket-sports background to enjoy it, and we can include coaching support or a guided introduction for groups new to the sport.
What if some people do not want to play padel?
That is fine. Not everyone needs to play for the event to work. Foundry Padel Club has a ground-floor Club space and a first-floor social area with sofas, coffee, soft drinks and licensed drinks, so guests can watch, talk, relax or join the off-court part of the event.
What kinds of group events can Foundry Padel Club host?
We can support team socials, company away days, client events, networking sessions, staff wellbeing activities, birthdays, private socials, school sessions, community gatherings and other group occasions.
How many people can attend a group event?
Foundry Padel Club has four indoor courts, so 16 people can play at one time. Larger groups can be planned through rotations, coached activities, watching time and use of the Club lounge, licensed bar and mezzanine social space. Tell us your group size and we can advise on the best format.
Can we include food, drinks or a presentation?
Yes. Foundry Padel Club has a licensed bar, coffee and soft drinks, plus a Club lounge, first-floor mezzanine viewing area and on-site AV. We can also arrange outside specialist caterers by agreement; tell us what kind of food your group would like and we can help shape the hospitality around the day.
Can we book a group or event in advance?
Yes. Standard court bookings are usually managed through Playtomic, our court booking app. but group and event bookings can be discussed directly with Foundry Padel Club. We can talk through your preferred date, group size, court time, coaching, food and drink, presentation space and access needs, then reserve the right facilities where availability allows.
Do you provide rackets and equipment?
Yes. Racket hire and equipment can be arranged for group sessions, so people do not need to bring their own racket to take part.
What should people wear?
Wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers with good grip. Avoid unsuitable footwear such as flip-flops, sandals or formal shoes on court. If your group includes padel, we can share practical arrival guidance before the event.
Is Foundry Padel Club suitable for mixed abilities and access needs?
Yes. Padel works well for mixed-ability groups, and all four courts have been adapted for wheelchair access. We also have accessible facilities on the ground floor. Tell us about any access needs when you enquire so we can plan appropriately.
Can schools book padel sessions?
Yes. School sessions can be shaped for PE, enrichment, after-school clubs or wider wellbeing activity. School visits can include equipment, changing facilities, first-aid support and appropriate safeguarding arrangements, with DBS, first aid and safeguarding requirements confirmed as part of the booking process.
Is the venue weather-protected?
Yes. Foundry Padel Club is based in a purpose-designed indoor building, so group events can be planned with reliable year-round play whatever the weather.
How do we enquire about a group or event?
Complete the enquiry form or contact Foundry Padel Club by email with a few details about your group, preferred date, number of people and what you would like to include. We will then help shape the right format and confirm what is possible.
