Coaching that helps you
move forward
Good coaching should start with the player, not a fixed script. At Foundry Padel Club, coaching is shaped around your starting point and where you want to get to — whether you're new to padel, improving your game, returning after time away, or preparing for match play.
Our Coaching Approach
Start with the player
Build from there

Good coaching begins with understanding what the player wants to change. That outcome shapes the session — what to focus on, how to practise, what feedback matters, and what should happen
next.
At Foundry Padel Club, coaching should feel purposeful, personal and connected from one session to the next. Players should feel their time is being taken seriously, their progress is being noticed,
and their next step is clear.
Coaching for Different Starting Points
Wherever you are starting from
You may be new to padel and want to get past the nerves of stepping onto court for the first time. Our beginner classes are a great place to start — one good session can help you understand the basics, build better habits, feel more confident, and hear the encouraging words that make joining your first match feel possible.
You may be working to reduce unforced errors, improve positioning or make better decisions — our intermediate classes are built for exactly this stage. You may be a junior developing the tactical side of the game — reading the point, communicating with a partner and choosing the right moment to take the net. Or you may be returning after time away or injury, or preparing for stronger match play and tournaments.
How Sessions Are Shaped
Clear focus
Useful feedback
A next step
Coaching should help you understand what to work on and why. At Foundry Padel Club, sessions are shaped around a clear focus, useful feedback and a practical next step — so you leave court knowing what improved and what to practise next.
Your coach might work with you on your serve, return, overhead game, shot selection, communication with a partner, or playing off the glass. What matters is that the session connects back to the outcome you're working towards.
Ways to learn
More than one way to learn
Coaching at Foundry Padel Club is not limited to one coach, one player and a basket of balls. Different formats support different kinds of progress, from focused technical work and confidence-building to live points, tactical awareness and energetic fitness sessions.

Meet the coaches helping you improve
The right coach can make a real difference to how well you understand your game, make progress and enjoy your time on court. Foundry Padel Club is bringing together a carefully selected coaching team, with coaches running different sessions across the week and working to a shared Club approach.
That matters because coaching should feel purposeful, prepared and worth your time. Coach profiles will help you understand who they are, how they coach and which players or sessions they are best placed to support.
