Key Terms Summary
Foundry Padel Club is a pay-and-play club. You do not need a membership to book padel, attend Pilates, use the golf simulator or visit the Club.
Most activities need to be booked in advance. Padel is booked through Playtomic, Pilates through TeamUp and golf simulator sessions through TrackMan. Group and event bookings are arranged directly with Foundry Padel Club.
Prices, cancellation rules and booking conditions will be shown before you confirm a booking.
Please read them carefully.
You must follow Club rules, safety guidance and reasonable staff instructions while using the Club.
Appropriate clothing, footwear and equipment must be used for each activity. The Clothing,
Footwear And Equipment section explains this in more detail.
Food and drink must only be consumed in permitted areas. The Alcohol, Cafe And Bar section explains the licensed bar rules.
Only Foundry Padel Club-approved coaches, instructors and providers may deliver coaching, instruction, treatment or organised paid sessions at the Club.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to all visitors and users of Foundry Padel Club, including players, Pilates participants, golf simulator users, coaching clients, event organisers, school groups, juniors, spectators, cafe/bar customers and anyone using the facilities.
If you book on behalf of another person or group, you are responsible for making sure they are aware of the relevant rules before they attend.
Other Terms That May Apply
These Club Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Website Terms.
Some bookings are made through third-party platforms, including Playtomic, TeamUp and TrackMan. Those platforms may have their own terms, privacy notices and payment processes.
Where you use one of those platforms, their terms may also apply.
Group and event bookings may be subject to additional terms set out in a written proposal, quote or booking confirmation.
Booking Routes
Padel court bookings, padel sessions and some padel activities are managed through Playtomic.
Pilates classes are managed through TeamUp.
Golf simulator bookings are managed through TrackMan.
Group bookings, corporate events, school visits and private events are arranged directly with
Foundry Padel Club.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required booking steps have been completed.
Prices And Payments
Prices will be shown on the relevant booking page, booking platform, written quote or event confirmation before you confirm and pay.
You are responsible for checking the activity, date, time, price and cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
Any booking fees, platform fees, optional extras or additional charges will be shown before payment where applicable.
Cancellations, Refunds And Changes
Cancellation rules vary by activity and booking type. The relevant cancellation window, refund position or credit policy will be shown on the booking platform or in your written booking confirmation.
Many Club bookings are for leisure activities provided on a specific date or time. This means the usual 14-day cancellation right for some online purchases may not apply. The cancellation terms shown before booking will usually apply.
If you cancel late or do not attend, your booking may be treated as used and you may not receive a refund or credit.
If Foundry Padel Club has to cancel a booking because of safety, maintenance, operational issues or events outside our reasonable control, we will offer a fair remedy. This may include moving the booking, offering a credit or refunding the amount paid for the cancelled activity.
For group and event bookings, deposits, balance payments, cancellation dates and changes to guest numbers will be set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation.
Cancellation charges and retained deposits will be applied fairly and reasonably.
Arrival, Late Arrival And No-Shows
Please arrive in good time for your booking.
If you arrive late, your activity may still need to finish at the original end time. We may not be able to extend your booking if another customer is booked afterwards.
Late entry may not be possible for some activities, including Pilates classes, coaching sessions, organised group sessions and events, especially where safety guidance or a warm-up has already started.
If you do not attend your booking, it may be treated as a no-show and charged in line with the cancellation terms shown when you booked.
Facilities And Personal Belongings
Please use the Club, courts, studio, golf simulator, cafe/bar, changing rooms, lockers, parking areas and shared spaces respectfully.
Changing rooms, showers, lockers, storage and parking may be available subject to opening hours, capacity and operational needs.
You remain responsible for your personal belongings. Please bring only what you need and keep valuables to a minimum.
This does not limit Foundry Padel Club’s responsibility where loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
Clothing, Footwear And Equipment
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn for each activity.
For padel, please wear suitable sports footwear with good grip. Flip-flops, sandals, bare feet or footwear that may damage the court or create a safety risk are not allowed on court.
If you wear glasses, please be aware that standard prescription glasses and non-sports eyewear are not designed for sporting impact and may increase the risk of injury. The use of appropriate protective sports eyewear is strongly recommended.
For Pilates, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and follow the clothing and equipment guidance shown for your class, including any grip-sock requirement.
Racket hire and other equipment is normally available on site. Hired equipment must be returned after use and treated with care.
Padel Court Use
Court bookings are for the booked time only. Please leave the court promptly at the end of your session so the next booking can begin on time.
Players must use the courts safely and follow any posted rules or staff guidance.
Only players booked or authorised for that session should enter the court area.
Padel involves fast movement, balls, rackets, glass, walls and changes of direction. Please play with care, communicate with other players and stop if conditions or behaviour become unsafe.
Coaching And Organised Sessions
Only Foundry Padel Club-approved coaches may deliver coaching or organised paid padel sessions at the Club.

Coaching sessions and organised activities may have their own booking rules, level guidance, age guidance and cancellation terms.

Pilates classes must be booked through the approved booking route.
Standard reformer Pilates classes are open to people aged 16 and over.
Please follow the instructor’s guidance during class. Tell the instructor before class if you have an injury, health concern, are pregnant or post-natal, or are unsure whether a class is suitable for you.
Late entry may not be possible where a safety introduction or warm-up has been missed.
Golf Simulator
Golf simulator sessions must be booked through the approved booking route.
Please use the simulator, clubs, balls, screens and surrounding area safely. Only swing when it is safe to do so.
Please follow any simulator guidance, staff instructions and equipment rules shown before or during your session.

Collective is responsible for the treatment services it provides.

Schools and junior groups must provide appropriate supervision and follow any safeguarding, consent and emergency contact requirements agreed with Foundry Padel Club.

All visitors must behave appropriately around children and young people. Safeguarding concerns should be reported to the Club team immediately.
Health, Safety And Participation Risk

You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to take part. If you are unsure, have a medical condition, are injured, pregnant, post-natal or returning after illness or injury, please seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.
You must follow staff, coach and instructor guidance. Stop taking part and tell a member of staff if you feel unwell, unsafe or in pain.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Foundry Padel Club’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Conduct And Club Standards
Foundry Padel Club is intended to be welcoming, respectful and enjoyable for everyone.
You must not behave in a way that is abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
Please keep language, noise and behaviour respectful, especially around children, families and other visitors.
Please do not photograph or film other visitors without their permission. Children and young people must not be photographed or filmed unless appropriate consent and Club approval are in place.
Foundry Padel Club may stop play, remove someone from an activity, ask someone to leave the premises or restrict future bookings where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with Club standards.
Alcohol, Cafe And Bar
Foundry Padel Club operates licensed cafe/bar facilities.
Alcohol must not be taken onto the courts, into the Pilates studio, golf simulator or other activity areas.

Food and drink arrangements for groups and events must be agreed in advance.
